Small renovation

1. Meet with client and discuss the proposed project. Take measurements and major details in order to provide a quote.

2.  Second meeting with client proposing a detailed quote, budget and, payment schedule for design and build of the renovation.

3. Upon acceptance of signed contract the team will then work with each customer to design the space according to their vision.

3. Source out all materials for job, then work with the client on a start date for construction.

Large Renovation

1. Meet with client and discuss the proposed project.

 

2. Give client quote for architectural design and drawings

3. Upon acceptance of drawings, and once completed we can now move onto a purposed quote for construction including budget and payment schedule.

4. Upon acceptance of signed contract the team will then work with each customer to help design their vision.

5. Source out necessary materials for job

7. Final walkthrough after all permits are closed on the property.

DWE Design and Build will go to the city on the client’s behalf to apply for all
permits
